Kathy has been experimenting with making
cheese from our goats' milk. She has been adding
some of the herbs that we grow here at Valley View.
Since we are not yet certified to make and sell this
cheese, we are carrying cheese from Sunset
Acres. They make some fantastic spreadable goat
cheeses in lots of great flavors. Stop by the
Farmers' Market and take a taste of some of their
delicious creations.
Nothing is for sale yet. But hopefully soon we'll be
able to get enough together to sell. In the
meantime, let us know what flavors you'd like to
have us work on! One cheese fan even suggested
blueberry cheese. What do you think?
