Currently we are unable to offer pickles, but we are working on getting our
kitchen certified. In the future we will begin to offer some incredibly
delicious pickles.

Kathy is now certified as a Maine Certified Master Canner/Preserver. This
course of study has taught her everything she needs to know to make sure
grandma's recipes are updated and safe for all to enjoy.

Kathy has long been famous in the family for her canning and pickling
prowess. As soon as she can get a commercial kitchen built and
inspected, she will be producing some wondrful pickles, salsas, and other
farm based condiments and goodies.
